After installing the Web Interface, when you try to login you receive the error "The page cannot be found".
This can occur if Active Server Pages support was not installed with IIS. To Install Active Server Pages support:
- In the Control Panel open Add/Remove Programs and click the Add/Remove Windows Components button.
- In the Windows Component Wizard components list highlight Application Server and click the Details button.
- In the next list highlight Internet Information Services (IIS) and click the Details button.
- In the next list highlight World Wide Web Service and click the Details button.
- Check Active Server Pages, then click the OK button three times to return to the Windows Component Wizard window.
- Click the Next button to complete the installation of Active Server Pages support.
