The following errors can occur while sending a work order request with TSC2 Web v1.4 or higher if the IUSR account does not have read/write access to the windows temporary folder.
SendMail Error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument.
DeleteFile Error 70: Permission denied.
TSC2 Web requires that the IUSR_SERVERNAME account have READ access to the Windows TEMP folder.
Windows 98 and Me:
No changes are required for these operating systems.
Windows XP Professional:

Using Windows Explorer locate the C:\WINDOWS\TEMP folder.

Right click on the TEMP folder and select Properties from the popup menu.

Select the Security tab. (If the security tab is not visible see the end of this article on how to enable the security tab.) *

Click the Add button.

Click the Advanced button.

Click the Find Now button.

Highlight the IUSR_SERVERNAME account and click OK.

Click OK.

The IUSR_SERVERNAME account will now be in the user list for the TEMP folder.

In the permissions enable READ and WRITE access. Be sure to remove check marks from any other permissions.

Click the OK button to apply the new permissions.
Windows NT:
- Using Windows Explorer locate the C:\TEMP folder.
- Right click on the TEMP folder and select Properties from the popup menu.
- Select the Security tab.
- Click the Add button.
- Highlight the IUSR_SERVERNAME account and click Add.
- Click OK.
- The IUSR_SERVERNAME account will now be in the user list for the TEMP folder.
- In the permissions enable READ and WRITE access. Be sure to remove check marks from any other permissions.
- Click the OK button to apply the new permissions.
* To enable the Security properties tab in Windows XP select Tools->Folder Options from the menu in Windows Explorer. Click the View tab, locate and disable Use simple file sharing.
