Error occurs when the web interface is running on IIS6.0
Solution:
By default IIS6.0 prevents uploading of files larger than 200k. To remedy this:
- Open the metabase.xml* file located in c:\Windows\System32\Inetsrv. You can open it using NOTEPAD by changing the file type in the open dialog to all.
- Find the line "AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed".
- Increase this to the number of bytes that should be allowed for uploads. Setting it to 1048576 will allow for 1MB, 1048576 for 100MB, 1073741824 will allow for 1GB, etc.
* The file may be locked by IIS, in which case you need to start windows in Safe Mode in order to change the file
