After upgrading your web server running the TSC2 Help Desk web interface to Windows Server 2003 when you attempt to log into the web interface you receive the following message "Your login failed for the following reason:" with no reason listed.
There is a known issue when installing an existing Windows server to Windows Server 2003 where the MDAC files may become corrupt.
